Feb. 9, 2017 -- According to Lhasa Tourism Bureau, Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, has a smooth running in its tourism industry during the Spring Festival holiday. The occupancy level of hotels and restaurants increases greatly on average. Statistics show that Lhasa has received over 209,534 tourists from home and abroad by Feb 2, generating 180 million yuan in tourism revenue.
Compared with last year, Lhasa's tourism industry goes well. The number of tourists climbs higher. The self-driving tour has become a mainstream trend among tourists this year. With the safety of tourism market, the passenger flow increases substantially. Lhasa has received over 209,534 tourists from Jan 27 to Feb 2, making the total tourism revenue of 180 million yuan. The number of tourists in one-day tour amounted to 113,765.
