Special round-trip tickets for Air China's flights between Lhasa, capital of Tibet, and other cities will be available during the annual Spring Festival traffic rush.

The Lhasa Office of Air China will sell round-trip tickets with a 50 percent discount, namely, 1,500 yuan, for flights between Lhasa and Chengdu, capital of southwest China's Sichuan Province, from February 14 to 19, excluding tax.

It will offer tickets for flights between Lhasa and Chongqing Municipality with a 40 percent discount, namely, 1,900 yuan, till February 20.

Meanwhile, the single tickets for flights from Lhasa to Chengdu and Chongqing will be offered a 20 percent and 35 percent discount respectively.

Passengers are advised to book the tickets one week in advance and to check in at the airport two hours before departure.

To ensure the traffic safety, passengers have to go through two safety inspections in Lhasa's Gonggar Airport. Besides, they are forbidden to carry inflammable and explosive dangerous goods on board.
